HK marcy and exp.
Does no. Of hk marcy in a SR Party affects the exp earned by other marcy(say ranger marcy)

The Answer is not straight forward. This question cant be answered by a yes or no. There are multiple factors that effect.
1) Location of SR party
2) No of mercs in party
3) Active/ Inactive mercs
4) No of Ranger mercs
5) Weapon range of Ranger mercs.
The most important 1 is who gets the kill of the creep.
Myths:
1) Mercs get overkill exp: No there is no overkill exp for mercs. So there is no use of Sunitz or Grashat on High lvl merc.
2) Post 101 & 201 Merc lvls party members get more exp: Merc lvls dont matter till they can kill creeps quickly.
The idea is to kill the creeps as soon as possible to trigger the timer for the creep to spawn again. Obviously beyond a certain point faster killing doesn't matter because of the timer. So in short best exp will be achieved if you have enough Ranger mercs and rest Melee mercs.
You can improve exp by putting Higher grade bow/ staff on mercs if higher grade in higher range. Again damage doesnt matter.
I will tell you the math too...
In a 7 ppl party. The merc who kills the creep gets 140 exp. Others in party get 70 exp from the same kill. It doesnt matter others are active or inactive.
So if you have only 1 merc hunting in a party, it will be get double the exp compared to all others.
So you need just enought ranger mercs to clear the creeps fast and get quick exp but not so many that they eat up other's exp.
Now I will Answer how those points effect
1) Location of SR party: You need more rangers to cover the area in top right vs mid right, primarily due to formation
2) No of mercs in party: Higher the no of mercs higher is the per kill/ party exp
3) Active/ Inactive mercs: Inactlve mercs get only the party exp, so rangers get more exp as there are less mercs hunting.
4) No of Ranger mercs: Improves total party exp as they are needed to kill faster and cover more area but too many will divide exp a lot, so individual exp will get lesser.
5) Weapon range of Ranger mercs: Higher range weapons means higher coverage of area.
A Pointer: HK mercs get more exp in Mid right. Due to the formation they dont have to run arround but actually get to land strikes more. Even though they dont kill in 1 shot, they do some damage and so get more exp that 70.

Will a party with total 7 members with 5Rangers and 2HK mercy give better or nearly same exp than a party with 6 member with 5Rangers and 1HK mercy? Also, are 5 Rangers enough to clear creeps easily to trigger the creep spawn timer?

Best place for Archer mercs is prob Mid center. But you need 130 ess on all the chars standing out. The defense of mercs should be 1200. And most imp, if multiple ppl dc then you would get pounded by the bosses.
