eshop from abroad

Hi,
Can we purchase items from abroad? If so, how to go about it? Because, when I tried to purchase an item, it asked for my phone #, and I don't have an Indian number and It won't accept my US #. Please advise. Also, do you accept AMEX?

You can use Paypal.

I don't get the option to use PayPal. I only get PayU Money option, which requires a phone number. If there's another way/place I have to go, please guide me.

You need to change your location in the Account Control Panel. If it shows India, then you will get Payumoney as your default option to do the transaction. Change it to any foreign country and you will get PayPal option to recharge your account.
