As my characer is mage so what Mercy's should be Priority??

Where can i Lvl up and what lvl it needed to tank character for mercy party??

Highest Lvl of Mercy???

As a mage you should make. High level of archer Marcy which will be good for bossing.

You can level up in skyring (SR) in Proxima Orbis.

Highest level is 300
