Could some ones please specify how to allot passives for an archer.

I want to make a Balanced archer with good bossing and pk abilities

Also Please suggest Best merc for archer and how to allot the merc stats and passives.

Dude... Play and learn bout the stats to keep for ur char...dats my personal opinion ... dat'll help u more wid ur chr ... and bout the merc.,...get a hk merc...make him wear 30% g8 swrd set ... and put the rest in def till its around 5k and then the rest in ur hp bar till its able to tank ranias..
