Buying warrior shue lvl 70-80+. The higher the lvl, the better. Would prefer lvl 100, but that's just wishful thinking.

Buy a combo shue and leach it by yourself. It will be faster.

this is where I'm confused. I have a super shue that is 110 and has all the elements and attributes. Now, does the second shue, for ESS lvl 110+, need to have all the attributes or can it be any shue?

Nope....you just need another Warrior 100 level shue which requires 60 and above level to equip.

Sorry for the stupid questions, but where do I buy a shue that requires lvl 60 to equip? I don't remember. Been almost 10 years since I last played.

You will receive a Level 60 and above shue from the Merchants by random. Keep trying.
