Does 30% heal in arena make it fair/unfair?

When I see soo many HK's sulk about the 30% Heal, I'm really getting scared

I have never got the chance to test it..

However, going by the forum's it seems like it's impossible for the hk to use heal in arena..

If 1 thing is reduced thn lets GM to increase I think by 30% maybe def or attack
suppose if an HK have 1000 def thn its shud be 1300 in arena and vice-versa with attack

HK is the eldest of all and so he has such wonderful skill
Ppl talks abt that hk heals everytime "Yes" he has such skill to use we never complain that so and so archer have IMBA crits or y mages sede while in pvp

And king...Mages Still Get an arrow rite in their Arse while sedin in arena...Archers just hav to clik on us..n they hit us when in range...So...dats doesnt Save us from Dien..whereas heal makes a dex hk immortal ...!!

GMs, ur decision sux, altering just 1 char to mk it less strong, a HK is nvr immortal, during events lyk thols, the fights will be 13 on 13, and if 13 ppl cnt kill a single HK by ganking him, tht KH just sux, and by 50% heal nthing wud matter much, its either 100% heal or mk HK also a char who needs to pot while PvP. And during d earlier post which GW had made to ask u all to reduce heal to 30%, U had said thts hw d game is supposed to be, and no changes will b done, ab kya hua????

yea the last point which dead said is true..
only 1on1 or 2on1 when heal is helpful
i remember when i went against archer and mage of my lvl and they din have dex
and i had dex.. the damage is too fast and healing means no time to hit
so 30% heal is good 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 in some cases
but other wise 100% heal also no use ...
