HELP YOURSELF BY HELPING ME

Hi Everyone. 
Recently 2 characters are banned
1 which belongs to my cousin brother Salmaan (Chaoscrew) and the second is Chery belongs to Sourav Dolai, my childhood friend(Chery), I am continuously posting in A3 Mania forum, Raised tickets to support but not getting any reply from GM, 
If anyone facing the same challenge please tag you reply here along with your IGN name, and message to the GM.
By doing so GM can track our problems easily together instead of looking to each and every TICKET separately for which he might not have enough time.
Tag your questions and help yourself which indeed will help you and resolve my question as well.
