T can fight more effectively if they target the entire Q team efficiently.
Based on my observation, T was targeting selected players from the Q side, while the remaining Q players were free to attack T players.
If T targets every Q player as per the situation, they can be much more effective in war because every Q player will be put under pressure.
I enjoyed these town wars at Sidhe, old Arena 1, Artifact & Nevia. Wishing the same fun for both the towns.
