Servers down for Emergency Maintenance

Dear Maniacs,

Due to an unfortunate issue with our storage backend server, we have experienced serious data corruption that has resulted in some players losing items from their storage. As part of our recent security updates, changes were made to the storage backend that caused the storage servers to intermittently go offline, which in turn led to the data corruption.

We are currently working to identify and resolve the underlying issue and are also in the process of restoring characters affected by the item loss. We expect the servers to be back online by the end of the day. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue.

The servers are back up and running.

Unfortunately, a few hours of player progress were lost due to an issue with the database server. We have restored connectivity and performed consistency checks to ensure the database is stable.

If you encounter any issues or notice anything unusual with your characters or items, please let us know so that we can investigate.
