Dear Players,

We have enforced strict Rules about Eshop Item Exchanging.

You will only be allowed to Exchange Eshop Items within 2 days of Taking that item.

Suppose if you choose a Strength Unique, you can exchange it for Dex Unique if you don't like within 2 days of taking that Item. You can place a request for it using the Support Tickets. [THIS IS ONLY FOR EQUIPMENTS]

WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY REQUESTS FOR ITEM EXCHANGING WHATSOEVER.

You can EXCHANGE, SELL OR LEND any Eshop Item to any player by sending a mail to [email protected] as mentioned below:

Why is this New Rule Introduced?

Criteria 1-:

Scar - Bought a Grahsat from Eshop
I got bored of the Item.

Shout: Scar : S> Any Uniques of any Class G8 Only.. Message Me..

I got a Deal with a Mage who wants to buy an Illmar for 10 Billion.

This is an Important Note to all the Players who are using the Eshop.

If you Lend your Items or sell it to anyone Ingame, you should SEND A MAIL TO [email protected]. The Mail Should contain the Following details.

Subject: Eshop Item Deal/Trade
Don't use any Subject of your choice.

Character Name: (Your character Name)
Stuff Details:
Date of Purchase:
Mode of Purchase: PayPal , Bank etc.
Amount Paid:

Buying Character Name:

Deal Details: Woonz, Exchanges, Lending.

ALL THESE DETAILS ARE COMPULSORY AND EACH AND EVERY ESHOP ITEM DEAL SHOULD BE NOTIFIED. IF NOT, WE WILL CONFISCATE ALL THE ITEMS IMMEDIATELY.

I AM ISSUING A DEADLINE OF 20TH JULY 2009. BEFORE THIS DATE, YOU SHOULD MAIL ALL THE ESHOP STUFFS THAT YOU HAVE SOLD OR EXCHANGED. I WILL REMOVE ALL THE ITEMS WHICH DON'T ACCOMPANY A MAIL.

You should also keep a Screenshot of Important Deals with you incase if it is needed for any Verification Purposes.

I know that there have been a lot of delays in Eshop Stuff. I am currently hung up with some urgent Server Upgrade work and New Implementations.

I will be coming online for 2 Hours daily on Weekdays on and after 6th July, 2009 from 6 PM to 8 PM IST. I will be surely online everyday at this time, and I will spend an hour looking after the Forum and answering Support Tickets.

Please don't contact me by Phone before these times. I will be free on Weekdays only after 6 PM in the evening. You can contact me anytime on Saturdays and Sundays.
