[18th June 2013] Mailserver issues

Dear Players,
As you might be knowing that recently our website was down due to host issues. This has affected our Email accounts and we were not receiving any mails.
We were not informed about this issue until few days back when we started noticing that we were not receiving any mails to our Support Tickets. We have notified our host about this issue and it took them almost 2 days to resolve it.
We have not received any emails that are sent to us on or after 13th June 2013. If you are having any issue, please send a mail again and we will respond to you at the earliest.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
