RC Dealing violation

Dear Players,
All the characters that have violated ROC by RC Dealing have been Permanently Banned and will not be released.
During the next Maintenance, we will prune all of the accounts and delete from from our servers. Please don't send us mails about your characters. Since we have issued a Permanent Ban on all the character involved in RC Dealing, we cannot release them.
