Banbot is a new Artificial Intelligence system aimed at punishing abusive players. Banbot monitors chats of all players proactively for abusive behaviour. You can use Banbot to permanently block chats from a particular player. This would include General, Whisper and ToAll chat channels.

Banbot can be found standing inside the game in Temoz or Quanato. You can send a whisper message to Banbot to carry out ban and unban options.

To Ban a player

Example: Inorder to permanently chat-ban Bruteforce (which everyone should), type the following

To unban a player

/Banbot unban <PlayerName>

You will stop receiving messages from the banned player until you manually unban the player again. This will apply to all of the characters in the account. We encourage all the players to mute the abusive players and let the system take actions to maintain a serene atmosphere in the game.

Starting from today, the Abusing Policy will be retracted and bans will be purely on the context of the Banbot analytics and GM's consent. GMs will no longer address screenshots or abuse reports and will be retasked to other important issues. If you have been verbally abused in chat channels, please mute the player.
