Important Changes in the Character Names

Hello Everybody ,

Due to the weirdness of the names being created in A3 Mania we will now be introducing new rules for the Character Name Creation in your respective accounts and these rules have to be followed strictly.., Those rules will be listed below. The Existing character names will also be modified as per the new introduction as much as possible if it not possible the character will be blocked which can be released simply contacting the GameMaster's and giving them the details they ask. This introduction is hectic but is done for the betterment of the game with all respects , The changes will be done while the server is being Shifted to Germany, Please Co-Operate with the Staff.

Rules are stated as follows
1) The First letter of the Name should be Capital.
2) Rest of the Alphabets in the should be in small letters.
3) You cannot use special Character's in your Character names (eg : !@#$%^&*).
4) Use of Numbers (eg :: 123789) is also not possible.
5) Your names cannot contain abusive or vulgar material.Names also cannot criticize any particular race or religion. Those who use such characters will have their accounts Banned !!!! This also applies to Knighthood and Mercenary names.

This method is introduced because people who play from Non-English Countries happen to use Special Characters used in their Language for Character Names.

Since our servers are meant to store English Character Data, when a New Character with these special characters, the Account Systems are getting Stuck. It requires Manual restarting. That is the reason why sometime the Characters don't appear.

There are above a thousand special characters, so we cannot block all of them. Its better if we restrict the usage of characters only A to Z.

We have also planned to have some rules as an alternative to mention the Rules for Character Names, Since many people don't often read the Rules, Its useless. Especially people from Non English Countries who have a problem with the Language. Even 1 character created with special characters can harm the stability of the server.

Furthurmore, we have come up with an Idea to change the existing character names because it makes more easy to communicate and remember the names of the characters. It is also better for the Server Administrators to easily Identify characters. It seems to be a problem with character Case (Capital and Small) when it comes to Support Tickets. It isn't really good to identify characters properly. We often make mistakes in this regard and this is what makes the solution slower.

It is not an easy mission to accomplish. We need to work very carefully to keep the Character Bugging possibility to the minimum.

1. Characters more than 12 Alphabets in Length should apply for a name change.
2. Characters with More than 1 Capital letters should get their Names changed to First Letter Capital and remaining small (This should be automated and wont require any much Player concern)
3. Characters with Numbers should apply for a name change.
3. Characters with Special Characters will be Deleted without Notice.

Applying for a Name Change
You can only apply for a Name change if your character is RB1+
You can apply for a Name change by opening a support ticket in the ACP

Please note that we will only be changing the Character Names after the Server Shifting procedure is completed.
