I recently purchased credits for my account. While my previous two purchases reflected in my account within ~30 minutes, it has now been around 2 days and I still don’t see the credits.
I have already raised a ticket (#646200), which contains my account and transaction details. Requesting urgent assistance in resolving this issue.
