URGENT!!Cannot Logon Ingame!!

Err,at exactly 2:30 pm I got disconnected from the server and after that whenever I try to login,the screen comes where I can see my character,but when I try to select it for entering the game,something written in a strange language comes with a OK button on it.
When I click the OK button,I get disconnected from the server again.
Please help,I desperately want to logon the game for the Diwali event.
I hope I do not miss the event.
