New Support System Coming Soon.

We are working on a new ticket and support system which will replace the old ticketing system completely. The new ticket system will be easier to file and will not require any login.
Below are the feature which I am currently working on and testing as we speak.
1. Tickets can be raised by sending an email. On sending an email you will receive a auto email response with ticket number.
2. You can reply to the email to interact with the GM team. No website interface required. (Idiot/Noob Friendly)
3. If you prefer to interact through a web interface rather than email, it will be available as well.
Instructions and screenshots will be added later. In the meanwhile, all previous open tickets ion the current systems will be abandoned. People are suggested to login to the current ticket system and copy their images/slips/bills attached to the tickets and save for their reference. You will have raise new tickets in the new system when it is implemented.
Expect it to go live within 2-3 days.
