Bogus purchase

I recently purchased a G10 lvl 15 spear from the eshop and I received the item which is lvl 0, only blessing, no AA and cannot be equipped. Please help. Purchase Reference Number: #566024915. I've also attached a screenshot of the weapon I received.

Haha..spent a lot of time contemplating between the spear and the axe..but I love the spear's action, so decided to go with that...Moreover, the server seems deserted now...Just wanted to have some fun and see how the ESS lvl 130 looks like

Hey GM...I emailed a3shop and they asked me to contact you to get the weapon exchanged. When can we do this? The time difference is 10 and a half hours behind IST and I'm available from 4 AM IST to 8:30 AM IST during the weekdays.
