Cannot login my account

Dear GM,
I was online a while ago and all a sudden got disconnected. I tried to log into the server many times but it would just show me connecting and then after a minute, it would pop up the "Disconnected from the server" message and then when I press okay, I would just be left with a frozen screen. which then will go away after a few seconds.
Then I tried to log into my ACP and I was facing a weird issue over there as well. I have attached a screenshot of the what happens when I try to log into my ACC. As you can see from the picture, it says that my character is online yet I could not even get past the login screen. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful
