Mercy not hunting in normal maps

My mercy stops hunting after a while in normal maps 
So are we not allowed to lvl up mercy outside SR or use it for light hunting in order to get low lvl skills ?

In Skyring, mercenaries won't get exhausted unlike other maps.

Mercenaries get exhausted 
So there is no way to AFK hunt in Maps other than Sr........

You could constantly visit the Healer in town to get recovered from exhaustion.

Why don't you make mercy like old days and just reduce the wz from creeps?
