Where can I get Bell and letter 'T' besides buying from players?

Rb items can be crafted ingame and the Game Masters have made a simple process for crafting rb items and also provided guide for same under guide section. Basic item required for crafting rb items are ING 9 Odal 10 , Drapur Krips Kartas Aiigis. Those item drops from Hatrel bosses and beta map bosses .For Tarts there is a quest available near Quanto Castle manager and the quest is easy for char having lvl 160+ . If you are new to Mania and lvling a character you have no other option and you have to buy it from players in game .
I personally feel Rb item set should be introduced in eShop because new players are being demanded more for rb items and some players are also cheated by getting charged much higher then the actual rates.
Average standard rates for crafting items are listed below
ING 9. - 3.5m Each Max rate / pcs
Odal 10 - 3.5m Each Max rate / PC's
Aiigis - 5-10m each Max rate
Krips - 15m/ each
Drapur 15-20m / each
Kartas 20-25m / each
Tarts 30-35m / each
Those are the items needed for crafting rb items . I guess it might help you
