Any GM online pls Help me

Hi Gms,
I think there is some miscommunication.
Main issue is , Grasth15 and RN is missing from my char,dont know how they got vanished suddenly, i didnt logged in for 1 full day , as i am shifting from one city to another city and this happend.
Dear GM , i spend daily nearly more than 8hrs in bossing in forest alone to make woonz and make my char strong, u can ask anyone in server, or u can chk the character logs as ur the admin of it.
Please help me out to get my items back so i can continue bossing to make woonz for making my ESS lvl up.
Try to understand the hard work i did to make my char lvl up in each parameter.
i never did any RC deals or any criminal activity aganist anyone in server.
i Never did anything wrong that makes server look bad.
