Proxima Healer Disappeared

Hello GM. Boss Thrymgjor spawned in Proxima Orbis. When our people killed the boss, only the teleporter NPC was visible to us, healer NPC did not appear yet. Is it a new change made to the server ?? or is it a bug ?
