Problem in Quest Tart - RB Capabilty test

I see a problem with Tart Quest, (RB Cabilty test- Liora). With the large number of players doing this quest in recent times, we have a bottleneck in the quest in Phamenio and Duskamiu, these creeps take a long time to spawn and there are fewer of them on the maps, where we have to wait for their respawn to continue the quest. In the case of Phamenio, he appears in maps S3-S4, but why are only the Phamenios from S4 counted for the Quest? Duskamiu appear in T1-T2-T3, but why are only the ones from T1 valid for the Quest? I suggest a solution to make the quest more fluid, as it already takes almost an hour to complete... Thank you.
