IS Server still down ..??

Hello GM Sir

I Still cant login @ 19.00 pm in evening on 07.11.2008:((

I downloaded 511 patch and installed but the updater fails with message that ftp port 21 is blocked and i am not able to connect the game.

I have two questions

1) When the server will be up working again and whether i can still connect the game using bypass launcher..??
2) If ISP refuses to open the port 21 for me what is my other option?? I am presently using reliance Wimax connection from Mumbai.
