A hawe DC, when a hawe login in game again, cannot login, why?

i dont get this problem all the time, but if i dont get this, then its stuck at the loading page.
I was online and i got the message saying that i was disconnected. couldnt login after that.
Moreover, i was able to see my char in my previous armor and weapon
Some issue?

This problem has happened before. Once Scar comes online he can fix it instantly. Characters won't be affected.
