My ISP DOES NOT SUPPORT A3 mania

Description and Message

Dear GM..
My ISP ( Beamcable-IN) supposedly doesnot support a3 mania..
When i try to ping acp.a3mania.com i keep getting RTOs and the Server status section in the homepage also doesnot show up.. Moreover, the ACP section also doesnot open.
After i called my ISP technical service, he told me that if there's a virus in the site i wont be able to ping the site due to security issues.
Kindly help..

Maybe your firewall is blocking. It should work fine.

Also there might be some DNS issue.

Try the following:
Start -> RUN
Type "cmd" and press enter
In the black box, type "ipconfig /flushdns"

After doing that, close the Black box and then try to connect.

i did whatever u asked me to.. still no luck..
also my friend with the same ISP is not able to connect..
im not able to ping acp.a3mania.com !
Any other solution?

Does the game Run? Have you updated the client and are you able to connect?

The game got updated. But when i type my ID and password in the login screen .. it just freezes and gets stuck.

Check the Ping window. It should show something like "Pinging [124 bla bla]"

Tell me the IP in the Square bracket that you are able to see.

Disable your Firewall for few minutes. I will try to check connectivity to your IP from the Server end.

Yes. Your ISP is blocking A3 Mania. I will ask Scar to speak to your ISP regarding this issue tomorrow.

You may enable the firewall now.
