Apathy of the GM towards the Game

Repsected GM,

I am forced to post this topic on a public board because of the mere fact that there has been complete lack of understanding from your side for the fans of this game. i mean seriously the posts everyday we see about the delays in this or that and my personal experience from the past week is actually leading me to believe that why the hell do i even bother about the game when the owner himself dosen't.

Now i understand that you also may be busy in your real lives but atleast if people get replies even telling them that their query would be delayed a bit helps them rather then logging into the website and hoping like a fool that your queries would be answered when there is nothing happening.

Apologies if i sound rude in any way but its just dishartening at times & am hoping that my complaint / request would be taken in the correct spirit because i am also a fan of this game just like many of my fellow gamers.

I am a relatively new player on this server. This is a well balanced and maintained server. But the delays related to eshop delivery and late replies to tickets might well scare potential customers away ( one of them is me ). i understand u all have jobs and i expect an eventful life. but so do we. just as u take time out to maintain this server, we take time out to play it. not all of us can play the whole time. GMs, we complement eachother. with either of us missing, the other would have no means/reason to exist. I think this is the most major issue regarding server that you need to address : GM availablity. Please think about it. I mean, the guys who can maintain such a well oiled server for so long can come up with a solution to this as well.

I am not exactly sure if there is any particular reason why the support tickets are not being replied to but I am sure you guys will have valid reason to justify this. I have been a part of mania for almost 2 years now and have never experienced a non-response from the GMs till now. I have spent a lot of money e-shopping and you have to understand that we expect you to deliver those on time. My support ticket # 2753 has been open since 8 days now without any response from your end.. Please check the same as I have grown to love this game and will never like to leave it!!
