You did a mistake and violated the ROC. So you are the one who is supposed to face the consequences. I didn't ask you to keep spamming in the forum nor wait for a reply. You are not going to get anything with it. So don't waste your time asking me to release your character. Mail to the support intead. I am not a dedicated person who looks after the game 24x7.
