Heal 3 @ 30%

Hi GMs,

I have been having issues with heal .. i have heal 3 but it heals only 30%.

I was reading the previous thread on this issue ( http://forum.a3mania.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5019 ) but it seems the problem hasn't been fixed ..

Can you please have a look into this matter.

Yeah. Facing 30%heal gms do something
