Someone please clear this Tech issue

Hi Manias,
I downloaded client, and installed fully , but after click start, its showing unable to find A3client.exe
Can someone help me with this issue ASAP pls

disable antivirus
full check
start
or add a3client.exe in antivirus ignore list..
