Hi GMs,

there is one inherent flaw or loophole in your Operational Policy for Chat Channels!

The policy treats old and new accounts as one! To be more clear...many players make newbie characters just to provoke or abuse or give dubious shouts or flame the opponents! While they do get banned, they dont care about the ban because they have made newbie accounts or newbie characters just for the purpose of doing so!

If you see the Ban section of the Discord Channel you will see that the noob Id's are the ones which are getting banned more often but they are back again due to normal penalty applied on them!

What can be done?
I would suggest that the newbie Id's or accounts should be penalized 3X or more, as compared to a normal account.

It's already in effect and it's designed that way. Low RB characters will attract stricter bans. It doesn't matter if the account is new or old.
