Rubal’s linguine

Hi GM - Is if possible to add Rubal’s linguine in Eshop either permanently or during the flash sale? I’m asking this because initially the drop rate of RL in MM was decent but off late, it hasn’t been dropping as much. Alternately, is it possible to increase the drop rate of RL in MM?

Rubals Linguine cannot be stacked together, hence it's hard to sell them from the Eshop.
