Personal abuse and Religious Abuse

Hi GM we would like to know the remedies for personal abuse and Religious abuse. With the new chat policies there is certain limitations on abuse in shouts and in general. But certain people have started sending abusive 5k and doing abusive personal messages.

When we tried to reachout to support team we receive below messgae

"We don't monitor private messages and hence we cannot take action on the same. Please turn off your whisper option"

Now GM @Blade @Scar @Olly @Support Team let us know why can't you monitor private message for abuse ? When you can monitor private messages for RC deals? Are you guys supporting this abusers ?

Secondly as per your announcement regarding chat policies, there was announcement that repeated abusers will get strict punishment.
Do you think chat banning repeated abusers or family abusers is enough? Why you guys manually intervain and ban there main characters for longer period of time? Or IP ban them so that we have a peaceful environment.

Hi Blade Sir,

We understand the time frame complexity which you mentioned. But it is also important to understand from our point of view that such abusers should be thrownout of server. They cant take things for granted and go on to abuse our parents and family members. There were instances where he has abused individuals on the basis of there religion.

We there request you to be fluent in your action for initial few days because there is only one such person in whole a3 community who take pride to abuse others.

Many of abusive incident screenshot have already been submitted and myself reverting here on behalf of many gamers to punish him on serious note.

Also I would like to request you that ban of parental abusers should be posted in discord so that others dont have audacity to do so seeing consequences of one who has done.

They are starting with implementing things, tere jaisa itna bara andha Maine aj tak nahi dekha
