Greetings!
I would like to highlight the issue that players below RB 11 not able to enter the H1 map. As a mania + sub player , to do the RL quest one must has to slay 20 monsters from H1 but whenever there is Boss present, I cant enter in map as I am RB10. I tried even going back from H2 to H1 but still cant enter.
Kindly do the needful so new players can also able farm RL.

Nop, thats expected thing. When boss appears, only rb11 and rb12 players can enter who have quest reward item called septers something.
