PSPs for Archer ( or possibly all ) classes

Hello, I'm currently making an Archer, currently at rb5. Need to farm some wz so decided to go aura levels for bossing. So need help from all types of Archer players about what passives go great farming, bossing or pvp :-?
Also is it necessary to take passives before taking rb ? Need a correct approach to take passives too alongside mercenaries.

On a last note, if all types of players including HKs, Warriors and Mages would pitch in their perspectives on what passives go for what kind of role ( farming, bossing, pvp etc ) I'd be more than happy to create a spreadsheet for newbies like me so they can refer to for their gameplay while showcasing all final buffs and debuffs in total received after having them.
