A3 Authenticator not showing my accounts

Sir,

i have connected my 4 accounts in a3 authenticator then phone was getting some software error and i format my phone now i reinstalled the a3 authenticator but none of my accounts are showing on the app. also i am not able to re link my accounts neither login in acp.
