This is easier said than done, unfortunately.

It isn't just a third-party software problem. I personally use a gaming keyboard and mouse that can store macros directly in their onboard memory, meaning the macros can run without any software running on the PC at all. There is simply no practical way for us to completely prevent or police every possible form of external macro.

The auto-pot system was therefore not introduced to make the game “easier” for the sake of it. One of its primary goals was to make potting predictable and consistent for everyone, regardless of whether they are using third-party tools, gaming peripherals, or nothing at all. It also lowers the barrier for players who want to participate in PvP without having to build and maintain complicated external potting setups. It also allows players to participate more proactively in wars and PvP even when they are playing from a laptop or while on the move. Players no longer need a full-fledged external potting setup or an exceptionally stable network connection just to manage basic potting reliably during combat. This makes active participation more accessible without requiring players to invest in additional hardware, software, or complicated configurations.

There is also a much bigger technical reason behind this change. Potting was responsible for roughly 99% of our inbound game traffic. With the increase in internet speeds and the way our multi-server architecture handles these requests, the amount of potting-related data being sent to the server had simply become excessive resulting in higher latency and packet loss. Continuing with the old system was not a sustainable solution.

So while we understand the argument that just ban third-party potters sounds simpler, that doesn't actually solve the underlying problem. Even if we banned every identifiable software-based tool, hardware-based macros would still exist, and we would still have the same fundamental issue of excessive potting traffic and unfair advantage while playing against players who are manually potting.

Auto-skill and Auto-TP are different, however. Those are experimental systems that we are currently exploring primarily to make the game more approachable for newer players. This poll was posted precisely for that reason.

I do agree that these systems can provide an advantage for certain types of farming, particularly when multiple characters are being managed by a single player. That is something we are aware of and will continue to evaluate based on how the systems are actually used in the live game. At the same time, the leveling and party systems of the original game have changed considerably over the years. Players don't form leveling parties with the same frequency they used to, and a large portion of the player base now approaches progression and farming very differently. So we aren't necessarily trying to preserve every aspect of the old farming environment exactly as it was.

The important distinction is that Auto-Pot was introduced primarily because of a technical and infrastructure problem, while Auto-Skill and Auto-TP are gameplay experiments. They shouldn't necessarily be treated as one single change with one single objective.

We will continue to monitor how these systems affect PvP, farming and the overall gameplay experience. If something creates an unhealthy advantage or doesn't work as intended, it can be adjusted.

We appreciate the feedback, even when we don't necessarily agree with the conclusion. The purpose of these changes isn't to remove the gameplay that makes A3 what it is, but to keep the game sustainable and playable as the environment around it has changed.

All I can say is that only handicapped and physically weak people are happy with this auto shit. People whose hands and eyes are weak and who can't react quickly are the ones who are happy with it. :))

Whenever I visit the website, there is a CAPTCHA to identify bots and prevent automated activities. The funny part is that the website belongs to a game, while the game itself is promoting bot-like activities by implementing unnecessary auto features. =))

I don't care what you want to keep or remove, but since I'm also part of the community, I'm simply mentioning my concern. Do the necessary changes if you feel they're needed; otherwise, no issue, it's your server, so do whatever you like. \m/

That's it. Good luck. :D

The updates were good, and the ping improved. The new features are optional—if you don't want to use them, you can simply disable them. However, the Archer feels terrible to play with them enabled, so I won't use them on that class; I think the buff should only re-trigger when the effect wears off, rather than every time you change maps or get pulled in Pantoti. Overall, though, I think it turned out well. For the longest time, we saw Koreans logging into 3–4 accounts and using external hacks for auto-potting, auto-teleporting, auto-skills, and auto-candy without any anti-hack measures being taken; now that everyone can use these features, I think it's fair.

I don't understand why Korean players are being brought up in a survey about the new updates.

You are talking about Koreans as a whole, as if Korean players were using external hack programs. We did not use external hack programs.

If you have evidence that Korean players were using external hacks, then please provide it. Otherwise, it is unfair to make a general statement about Korean players like this.

There is also something else I find strange. When we upload our gameplay videos to YouTube, we show the game exactly as it is, without hiding or covering the UI. However, some Quanato players' gameplay videos have the entire UI covered or hidden.

I'm attaching a screenshot from one of those videos below.

I'm not saying that hiding the UI automatically means someone is using hacks. But if you are going to bring up external hacks, shouldn't this kind of behavior also be something worth questioning?

Why are Korean players being singled out in the first place when this is supposed to be a survey about the new features and updates?

Please don't make general accusations about Korean players without evidence.Image

Annyeonghaseyo, Innocent Origin :D ,

Thank you for raising this point, as I’ve been waiting for this opportunity.

As you requested “EVIDENCE” :) , please find the evidence of T Korean’s innocence in the YouTube link below:

On June 10th 2026, your "INNOCENT Citarcher" uploaded a war video in which a beep sound could be heard whenever the pots went low. To cover up this INNOCENT mistake, he disabled the video and re-uploaded the same video with background music.

This patch was introduced because of you T Koreans resorting to external software. After repeated losses, you guys even brought in programmers to create new scripts and we’re aware of those details. So please stop acting as if you’re innocent when it comes to fairness.

If you want me to mention the software used by Innocent T Koreans which are: Imagemax and PaengiA3.

And now you think you can act all cool by talking about fairness in the game? 😏

As for hiding or covering the UI in Q’s videos, Q simply doesn’t want to share their gameplay and UI setup, as those are part of their gameplay mechanics and strategy. There’s nothing wrong with keeping those details private.

### Regarding the Groundless Allegations Against Korean KH for Using External Programs

First of all, the claim that our Korean KH has used external programs or so-called hack programs is based only on speculation and personal interpretation. No objective evidence has been presented to prove these allegations.

As far as we understand, the A3 Mania server operates systems that detect and punish the use of external programs or abnormal manipulation of the game. If members of our KH had actually manipulated the game's systems unfairly or used hack programs that are subject to detection, warnings, sanctions, or restrictions on game access should have been imposed by the server.

However, to this day, no member of Korean KH has received an automatic sanction or had their game access suspended for such reasons.

Therefore, simply hearing a particular sound in a video, or mentioning the name of a program that someone may use, is not sufficient evidence to label someone as a hacker or an unfair program user. Making such accusations is highly irresponsible.

In particular, the opposing side has made very serious claims, such as, "We know all the facts" and "You hired a programmer to create new scripts." If that is truly the case, then instead of speculation and mockery, they should present objective evidence such as the following:

* Concrete evidence of the actual program or script that was used
* Evidence showing how that program unfairly affected the game
* Server logs or technical information that can be verified by the server administration
* Clear proof that the player in question actually violated the server rules

Without such evidence, accusing the entire Korean KH of being external program users or developers simply because a certain sound was heard in a video, or based on personal speculation, is nothing more than an attempt to create public opinion rather than an attempt to establish the truth.

We have also previously made our position clear regarding edited videos or the issue of hiding the UI. If they claim that hiding the UI or certain game information in their own videos is simply for the protection of their strategies, while at the same time accusing others of using external programs without evidence, then that is clearly a double standard.

We are not against fair competition.

On the contrary, if we are truly going to talk about fairness, then the same standards must be applied to everyone. Applying the excuse of "protecting strategies" to suspicions involving their own side, while using words such as "hacks," "scripts," and "development team" against Korean KH based only on unverified speculation, is not a fair attitude.

If there is clear evidence that any member of Korean KH has used an external program in violation of the server rules, then submit that evidence to the A3 Mania administration and request an official investigation. We have no reason to avoid an investigation or the judgment of the administration.

However, accusing specific players and the entire Korean KH of cheating without evidence must stop.

**Anyone is free to raise suspicions. But if you claim something as fact, you need evidence.**

Without any record of an actual violation being confirmed and punished through the server's automatic detection and sanction system, no one can simply label another player as a hacker or script user based on speculation alone.

If you want to talk about fairness, then present evidence first, not speculation.

Until then, these claims against Korean KH are not factual criticism. They are nothing more than groundless accusations and defamation.

So why are you so focused on trying to hold back the Korean KH? :D
And what exactly are you so afraid of? :)) :))

This post is about a survey.

Please keep in mind that GM Blade did not create this post to encourage criticism or hatred toward any specific KH.
