getting error while running a3

i am getting this error while trying to run a3.

It's mentioned in the Changelog about anti-virus false positive detections. Check and add an exception.

I m not getting any error.
but i cant go past the phase of launcher opening.
after the launcher opens, when clicking on start... the mouse cursor shows busy sign and then it closes.
No dialog box, no error msg nothin... simply game not opening

I formatted my Laptop... its running on win 8.1
Installed .Net framework 4.8
then installed the game.. checked files after download again and then clicked on start. but the game wont start.
please help

Check the bugreport folder for any text files latest ones. Mail them to support.
