All chars disappeared from account!!

Hi,

After being disconnected, I logged back into the game, but all of my created characters had disappeared. My account appears to be completely empty, and I am unable to select any character.

I have already exited the game and logged back in, but the issue is still unresolved.

It appears that many other players are experiencing the same issue as well.

Please look into this bug.

Same here ... tried updating the client, closed client, checked website for possible updates / downtime, ... but no change .. @GMs please look into it, am not able to login anymore.
