Is register and PIN service offline on main website?

I've been trying to register myself on main website, a3mania.com, all the other things seem to work fine except the registration service. Is it down due to server transfer, can anyone else try to see if you can register another account. I keep getting Fail to Connect and I am using Mozilla FF latest Version.
Also does paypal feature work for cashshop, has anyone bought using paypal from a3mania, whats the estimated delay etc ^^

Hey GM's I am a new user and want to join this awesome commnunity, only problem is, I cannot register on a3mania.com as services are down (for both things). I presume its due to offline server but can you confirm if all those services will be back once server is up or if they are independent from server?
