i may have to disagree on u on the point that hacking and item loss queries are the least of ur priorities.. !

i thnk u shuld giv every issue on the server the same amount of consideration n priority...nuthin more..nuthin less..well..thats wat i feel.. !

i also thnk that maybe in a hacking issue the major fault is of the person posting the issue...or the person who is related in someway or the other.. !
but in an item loss or item missing issue..it is the fault of neither prty...may it be the GMs ir the Player... !

I still hope that u ppl look into the matter as soon as possible n as soon as u get free...thnx !!

99.99% the issue occurs due to the careless of the user concerned. Why should be burden our self with something which is caused by the careless of the user itself? Why should not they regret their carelessness? Why should not we look after other issues which are more important rather than giving time to issues which could have been avoided?

When you give urself the answer for questions above.. you will know why we prioritize issues and tickets accordingly. We are person and NOT robots with limited time to put into server management and other real life things. So when it comes to judge and decide on prioritizing, we put the hack, scam, etc issues which happen due to the players carelessness, at the bottom of our to do list.

As far as your issue is concerned, we will look when we are free. And whoever who is involved will be permanently banned. As an example you can see the Stainsword issue. It took time as we were busy as we are now.

yea ur rite...i had my some of my selfish reasons to post in the above topic that u shuldnt prioritize thngs n i know ive been careless.. n ive regretted it alot in due course of tym .. ...!
But its human nature to get uneasy when ur not getting response for smthn..i guess thats the reason ive been posting replies in this threads n in the ticket... !
