Notice that A3 India is using the 562 client. The Server-Client connectors for 562 Client are developed by Scar and Numenor. They haven't agreed to share it with the A3 India people. Hence we are hosting the connectors on our servers and the Main server and database are with A3 India people which are hosted separately by them. Hence when our network is down, the connectors disconnect, due to which all the players are kicked are both the servers. Also, we don't bear the bandwidth of the game because the game is run at a different location, hence ping wont depend on the load on A3 India.
