Raise 1 more ticket..... and ask GMs about who implemented that keylogger, if they cud trace him.... i am sure they can crack the mystery about the items which were missing from the various accounts........

I believe "Investigation thingy" is being carried out They would reply once everything is sorted and tucked up properly

I did not share the Char..and i play from home so the question of being keylogged is not there at all ... and i hav actuallly opened a new ticket regarding this.. no reply to ne of the tickets >,< !

To be honest,
Its like all the hardwork you do ingame, all the pain that you take to get the desired stuff goes in vain, if such a act takes place.
Imagine, people spend hours and days in game to get those valuable, and next day they wake up, what they find is inventory is empty .

If it would have been me, and Gms wouldnt have favoured me, I would have said " Bye Bye!! God bless all" ...in totally sly way.

Its such a pain in the arse. I hope they get to something before its too late.

Questions I would like to ask.

1. Why do you use 3rd Party tools which are not given to you by A3 Mania GMs? Why are you Idiot enough to trust any tool which can make your gameplay easier?
2. Whose responsibility it is to check for keyloggers etc, if you play from a cafe?
3. Why do you blindly trust people ingame with you account? Why do you share account and char?
4. Whose responsibility it is to be careful of scammers?
5. If you are trading with someone.. who is clicking the Trade and Confirm button? Are we GMs coming and doing that for you?

In all the above cases, do you think the GM team is responsible? It is YOU who is responsible. If hackers could have hacked the accounts through the database.. WHY DONT THEY hack the GM accounts? They can get a lot with GM accounts. It is out of question that anyone hacked a person account the hard way.

So, it is not our headache. We will solve the issue when we have time or deny all together. It was YOU who was responsible and why should we bear the burden of your carelessness. We have clear defined rules for Scam/Hack recovery issues. If you have forgot, go search for a post by Numenor in News and Notices section.

Rude or whatever. We already have a fixed amount of time for the server work due to real life obligations. I should be bother to waste on something which could have been avoided easily.

1. I ran an antivrus check just after i ran a system restore.. the software is out of question...
2.I dont play from cafe....
3. i did not share the account wid ne1.. all the details as to my sharing and not sharing is in my ticket...atleast hav a look at it...
4. & 5 . mine is not a scam issue...


No1 is here pointing a finger on u saying that the gms are responsible for the hack issue... the issue here is not whether ur responsible or not... tokin bout my case..if u hav a look into it once u will find that its got nothing to do wid the rules mentioned by numernor.. ive gone through Nume's entire post... Even i myself dont know how my items went missing ... dats where im Seeking Help from the Gms.. yes..the correct word is SEEKING HELP .... no1 is blaming u for the hacking... but its a fact that u run the server..n if ne1 can help us..its only u .... u dont xpect me to go to Tzar for getting me my stuffs do u? ... !


Coming back to my own issue... all the details and possibilities i thnk that wuldve happened regarding my account getting hacked are mentioned in my tickets... i will again request u to just go through it once... u will clearly find that it is not a big mistake on my part... rather i would say it is not my mistake at all ... !

Maximus, items were transferred from your account to other account. We checkd it rite now. Now it has to be account sharing issue. Find out who did it from your account.

Account hacking is out of question as hackers can better hack GM accounts.

As I remember we already helped you once to recover items. You wont get any help this time.
