i got that post by using search option.
@Numenor
I checked that kb team members do not have right to review or edit or approve any post. Please check and atleast give these powers to kb team. Otherwise i dnt find any use of kb team.

Can you please tell me the purpose of knowledge base team? Because i dnt see kb team is having ny privilage/duties.

Ya I have to add a permission for them to approve articles. Adding the code for it. The KB team is basically for people who post articles on a regular basis.
You get a customer rank and title color.
