no the skill level remains the same it dosent reset after rb
nd more info regarding rebirths ......u can see kb i will be puting a complete noob guide to rb there ok

u cnt lvl up rings and neclaces .Thy will always be lvl 1
but thy cn only be done wid GM power :P kidding

EG : At lvl 120 and Above, u buy the Rings and Necklaces of lvl 4........ The more the lvl, the more is defence and Attack
