u cnt lvl up rings and neclaces .Thy will always be lvl 1
but thy cn only be done wid GM power kidding

They Can't Be lvled up........

We Buy different lvl Rings And Necklaces According to our lvl....

EG : At lvl 120 and Above, u buy the Rings and Necklaces of lvl 4........ The more the lvl, the more is defence and Attack
