PKing is illegal?

We know these rules and respect them. I don't PK anyone w/o reason, be it high-lvler or low-lvler. Lichthammer puts my point in the simplest words: the scenario is KSing.

And I have another question for you, Nume. Your rule number two says, "Abusing the PK policy" by repeatedly PKing low-lvlers or even targeting low-lvlers w/o reason after further deliberation of the point. But Kai/Goodyman PKs any hi-lvler after he/she pks a low-lvler, even if its not a repeated incident.

Justify that then. And if this is to remain unchanged, then might I suggest that the rule be amended to:

"PKing low-lvlers with or without reason, whether accidentally or purposefully, even if the low-lvler or lvlers are interfering or impugning on the game of the former, is prohibited and punishable if not conformed to"

Nice suggestion, huh? Should clear all our doubts regarding PK.

Seriously, what exactly to happened to A3? There was a time when people played A3 only because there was a PK option in this one unlike the numerous other MMO's where a Duel had to be asked and then accepted. The whole concept of PK kept the game alive and got in controversies and battles and etc amongst the players making the game even more interesting..

And then came... A3 India.... the place where people whine ... the place where people were nothing more than sissies...Thnx to that shit of a server (yup, no one knows that server better than me) ...PK'in today has to have rules as such ..

I really see no point... It is a part of the game and you cannot restrict anyone to stop killing. If you're soo really into protecting the starters of your server, might as well turn PK off. At this rate, I really see no point in having a bunch of rules as such and totally ignoring the point in thriving your ass off and reach a certain level.
