every town has an elite class ... who are generally frnds (nt in war ).. for instance Swordzarc -->Sprink Spooky Medusa KillingS nd many more, infact depending on situation worst enemies r frnds.. same is the situation wid obli .. no matter u blame d masses of our town ,we knw wat our ethics r nd wat vv expect frm our fellow town frnds,... so its jus a question bout u nd ur ethics which do not count for the whole town .. u represent wat u r thru ur character nd d quality of frnds u hav ... after d pvp system makes a shout of a kill there is no need for another shout ticket .. atlest i feel so .. i neva make any shouts proclaiming victory ...at d same tym accept ma defeat .. so wat its all a part of d game !!!
