this event can also be added for common players but only at aura lvl................
.
say it happens 1ce a month.............then like char A aura 1 can submit
then char B aura 1 ..........
Char C aura 3 and so on............................finally ther will b a draw for it ...........

but the towns r even now imbalance and q is as strong as it is!!!!

when last thols were held anarchy had 5 auras compared to 2 auras of maniacs, now how was that fair then!!!
